At Armor Strength Club, we believe strength is the foundation of success, both on and off the field. Our innovative program is designed to empower kids and rebuild busy parents through customized strength and conditioning training.
We use a mix of bodyweight, kettlebell, medicine ball, sandbag, and other unconventional equipment that builds functional strength that easily translates to real life, as well as on the field.
For Kids:

Our age-appropriate sessions emphasize proper technique, injury prevention, and building confidence while fostering a positive mindset.
